The Role

As a Senior JavaScript Architect, you will lead the development of cutting-edge software solutions using Node.js and React. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping our clients' digital products.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with product owners to translate requirements into actionable features.
  • Review and refine software architecture and system design to ensure scalability and reliability.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide code reviews to maintain high coding standards.
  • Perform thorough code audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Address complex technical issues and develop innovative solutions.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our teams through knowledge sharing and mentorship.
  • Participate in recruitment activities and help shape our team's talent pipeline.
Requirements
  • Expert-level proficiency in Node.js and React.
  • Extensive experience with RDBMS, including MySQL, MariaDB, or PostgreSQL.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices, with hands-on experience in Azure or AWS.
