AS TO ELIGIBILITIES, GACDC is ISO certified by International Standards Certifications Philippines, Inc. and was granted Triple A LICENSE by the PHIL. CONTRACTORS ACCREDITATION BOARD IN 1992.

We are searching for a very reliable SR. ARCHITECT to join our capable team of professionals in our construction projects.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Can work under extreme pressure and must be willing to be assigned alternately to construction sites and at the office premises.

  • Participates in project meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.

  • Stays updated on industry trends and technologies to apply best practices.

  • Willing to start ASAP.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a licensed Architect

  • With 5 years work experience in high rise buildings

  • Strong analytical, visualization and problem-solving skills.

  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.

  • Proficient in relevant software and tools (Microsoft office, simulation software, sketch-up, etc.)

  • Must be organized, creative, flexible, responsible, goal-oriented and a good team player
