Deliver strategic value to a portfolio of small to mid-market clients. Leverage strong customer relationships, data-driven insights, and creative solutions to drive revenue growth and adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage 30-100 customers to meet growth goals and ensure adoption of our products.
  • Build and maintain executive relationships with key stakeholders to create promoters and deliver exceptional experiences.
  • Implement best practices, train, and coach customers to ensure adoption and retention.
  • Analyze user engagement data, identify actionable insights, and report regularly on KPIs.
  • Lead business reviews with key stakeholders to position yourself as a strategic advisor and drive continued value.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree relevant to the position.
  • Two or more years of professional experience in sales or account management.
  • Proven history managing similar-sized client portfolios.
  • Technical proficiency on SaaS products.
Skills and Experience
  • Previous customer service experience and ability to build rapport with customers via phone, email, and video conferencing.
  • Ability to work independently with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Growth mindset and resilience in a scale-up environment.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
