Job Overview

The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager leads the budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling processes to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation.


This role partners with senior leadership to provide financial insights, drive process improvements, and implement automation using tools like NetSuite and Power BI.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning, ROI modeling, and scenario analysis.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and IT teams to align financial planning with business strategy.
  • Prepare and present concise financial reports and dashboards for senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives within finance to drive efficiency, automation, and scalability.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of progressive experience in accounting and financial analysis, ideally in a leadership or senior-level role.
  • Experienced in using ERP and analytics tools (e.g., NetSuite, Power BI).
  • Strong leadership presence and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
