Certification and Compliance Expertise
  • Leverage your project management skills to drive end-to-end certification processes for a portfolio of related companies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather required documentation and data, ensuring seamless execution of certifications across supported businesses.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive certification frameworks, driving best practices in governance, sustainability, and social performance.
  • Manage stakeholder coordination, data collection, and documentation for companies at various stages of certification.
  • Act as liaison with certification bodies, auditors, and consultants to ensure successful audits and compliance.

This role involves performing gap assessments and readiness reviews for certification requirements, documenting and standardising policies, procedures, controls, and reporting frameworks. You will recommend best practices to enhance organisational resilience, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

The successful candidate will have experience managing B Corp or ISO certification projects, including B-Corp, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, SOC 2, and GDPR. They will be able to demonstrate strong project management skills, including building and maintaining certification frameworks and leading audits.
