Job Description

As an administrative advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the regional sales leadership team. Your primary responsibility will be to manage sales files and execute administrative functions such as preparation of supply requisitions, maintenance of stock, and raising of purchase orders.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Manage sales files and ensure compliance with company policies and processes
  • Prepare and coordinate company events by liaising with internal and external parties
  • Manage travel arrangements for directors, managers, and visitors
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments
Qualifications and Skills

You have a college degree and strong interpersonal skills. You are organized, self-motivated, and able to work under minimal supervision. You have good numerical, analytical, and negotiation skills, and are capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines.

Work Schedule: Mondays to Saturdays, flexible schedule available
