Job Opportunity

The Operations Executive Assistant position is a critical role in supporting the daily operations and management activities of our organization. You will collaborate closely with senior executives to streamline processes, manage schedules, and coordinate various operational tasks to ensure smooth functioning.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents.
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of operational projects and initiatives.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and efficient workflow processes.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate collaboration.
  • Conduct research and prepare reports to support decision-making by senior management.
  • Handle travel arrangements and itineraries for executives as needed.
  • Support budget management and tracking expenditures.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees, including scheduling orientation sessions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and remote collaboration tools.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Flexibility to work remotely and US hours Monday to Friday.
  • Finance background is beneficial.
