Job Title: Automation Specialist

About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced automation specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement, systems integration, and workflow automation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and design workflows that improve operational efficiency.
  • Build and maintain automated workflows using n8n, Airtable, Microsoft Power Automate/Power Query, and various APIs.
  • Connect and synchronize different business systems via APIs, webhooks, and automation flows.
  • Develop and manage Power Automate flows and Power Query transformations to streamline data handling, reporting, and operational dashboards.
  • Create and manage API integrations with project management, CRM, and communication tools to eliminate manual work.
  • Monitor automated workflows, troubleshoot errors, and optimize performance for reliability and scalability.
Requirements
  • Proven experience with n8n workflow automation (must-have).
  • Strong proficiency in Airtable (schemas, formulas, automations, API integration).
  • Skilled in Power Automate and Power Query for Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON for integrations.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA and Basecamp, including automation of tasks and reporting.
  • Bonus: Experience with Zapier, Make.com, or scripting (JavaScript/Python).
