Financial Operations Specialist

This role is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial records, streamlining processes, and driving improvements in accounting functions. The ideal candidate will work closely with various teams to provide actionable financial insights and support strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean-Up and Troubleshooting: Lead the cleanup of financial documents and legacy accounting issues; investigate discrepancies, reconcile errors, and implement corrective actions.
  • Process Ownership and Improvements: Take full ownership of finance workflows, controls, and documentation; identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the finance liaison for internal teams, working closely with operations, procurement, and other departments.
  • Strategic Support and Special Projects: Participate in cross-functional projects including systems upgrades, automation, business ventures, and cost-saving initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is required.
  • Strong understanding of general accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.
