Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled Automation Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you'll design and implement end-to-end automation workflows using n8n, Make, and Google Apps Script.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline internal operations, eliminate manual tasks, and support scalable growth. Your expertise in API integrations, webhooks, and JSON will be crucial in mapping complex processes into clear logic flows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deploy automation workflows that centralize and streamline business processes
  • Connect APIs, CRMs, eComm platforms, spreadsheets, and internal tools to enhance system reliability and scalability
  • Troubleshoot broken workflows and improve overall system efficiency
  • Collaborate with marketing, CS, finance, and operations teams to identify bottlenecks and develop automation solutions
  • Document all automation flows, logic paths, and key processes for future reference
  • Develop and maintain a repository of reusable scripts and modules
  • Provide training and support to team members on automation usage and deployment
Requirements:
  • Strong experience using n8n, Make, and Google Apps Script
  • Understanding of API integrations, webhooks, and JSON fundamentals
  • Ability to break down complex processes into actionable steps
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
