Key Responsibilities
  • Inventorize existing training courses, including target audience, delivery method, duration, and trainers.
  • Develop a framework to categorize employees into distinct target groups with common training needs and design customized training packages for each group.
  • Quantify the time required to complete assigned learning paths for each target group and divide the training path into manageable sub-paths with set completion dates as needed.
  • Track attendance to measure fulfillment of assigned learning paths.
  • Manage limited training resources and allocate them in accordance with assigned learning paths.
  • Regularly review and refine training paths in consultation with relevant business leaders and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with site trainers and global training coordinators to achieve alignment and consistency.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar or relevant role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Motivated and self-disciplined individual.
  • Able to influence and collaborate with peers and stakeholders.
  • Result-driven professional with a focus on delivering outcomes.
  • Prior experience in creating and implementing training frameworks.
  • Effective stakeholder management.
