Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the entire acquisition and disposition process, ensuring seamless settlement of properties in a timely manner. This part-time contract role requires 25 hours of work per week, with flexible scheduling from 12-5pm EST, Monday through Friday.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Process acquisitions efficiently to get properties on market quickly
  • Provide dedicated customer service throughout the settlement process
  • Review and enter contracts/settlement statements into our CRM system
  • Negotiate with title companies to ensure timely settlements
  • Assist with property marketing by ordering professional photos, creating online listings, and staging properties
  • Collaborate with the construction department to complete projects prior to listing
  • Support expansion into new geographic markets

Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in the settlement/title industry
  • High School Degree (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Excellent communication and computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
