Construction Administrative Assistant (UK Market Experience)
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Construction Administrative Assistant with a strong understanding of the UK construction industry.
About the RoleThis position requires knowledge of quoting procedures specific to UK construction standards, and proficiency with tools such as QuickBooks and Monday.com.
- Create and manage quotes for construction projects based on client requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and team members to gather accurate cost estimates.
- Maintain records of quotes and track status updates using Monday.com.
- Perform general administrative and secretarial duties (email management, scheduling, data entry, etc.).
- Assist in generating financial documents and simple reporting via QuickBooks.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in the UK construction industry or in a similar quoting/admin role.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks and Monday.com is a must.
- Strong understanding of how quotes work in construction (materials, labour, overhead, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
