Construction Project Manager Position

We are seeking a seasoned construction project manager to oversee the lifecycle of our construction projects from inception to completion.

This includes managing budgets, subcontractors, and safety protocols to ensure timely progress and on-budget delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate pre-construction activities, bid preparation, and project timelines.
  • Track project progress, milestones, and budgets, addressing risks and issues as they arise.
  • Manage subcontractors, laborers, and materials to ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Monitor and report on project status, resolving delays or issues that may impact the project schedule.
  • Utilize project management software for task management and reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4-6 years of experience in construction or project management, or equivalent education.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Experience in residential construction, particularly townhouses, single-family homes, and small apartments.
  • Effective communication skills with subcontractors, vendors, and government agencies.
  • Ability to prepare and track project timelines and budgets.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ideal Candidate Skills & Experience:
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and civil plans.
  • Experience with construction estimating and takeoffs.

Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic environment and willingness to work collaboratively are essential for this role.
