Appointment Setter Position

We are looking for a skilled Appointment Setter to join our team in the United States.

This role involves making outbound cold calls to prospects using provided contact lists.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for qualifying leads and effectively communicating our business offering.
  • They will also set up meetings and calendar invites for senior leadership, track outreach activity, responses, and call outcomes in CRM or spreadsheets, and refine call scripts and share feedback with the sales team.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of one (1) to three (3) years experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or inside sales.
  • Experience in B2B calling and appointment setting is essential.
  • You should be capable of handling a high call volume with discipline and resilience, well-organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through, tech-savvy, and reliable.
