Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Cold Caller / Appointment Setter

Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (U.S. Eastern Time)

Salary: $550 USD/month + Quarterly Bonus

Blue Meta is a fast-growing digital marketing agency helping local businesses such as plumbers, dentists, and equipment rental companies grow through smart SEO, high-performing PPC campaigns, and local lead generation. We are building a portfolio of businesses under the Blue Meta brand, and we are looking for a hungry, resourceful Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us fuel that growth.

What You'll Do

  • Make outbound cold calls to targeted prospect lists
  • Book qualified meetings for our Account Executives
  • Follow up consistently and professionally with leads
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and targeting
  • Track daily activities and results in our CRM and reporting tools

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • A self-starter who can manage time independently and hit targets
  • Tech savvy and comfortable with CRMs, email tools, and LinkedIn prospecting
  • Available to work U.S. Eastern hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST)
