Business Growth Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Growth Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales and business development team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through lead generation, appointment setting, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact leads who have expressed interest in business ownership and schedule appointments with our consultants to explore suitable business options.
  • Document and manage all activities in HubSpot CRM, including call logs and appointment details.
  • Follow up with potential clients via email or make additional calls as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales and consulting teams to ensure a smooth transition of leads.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our client's services to effectively communicate opportunities to leads.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales or business development experience.
  • Previous experience in the franchise industry is a plus.
  • Experience in appointment setting or lead qualification is a plus.
  • Experience in using HubSpot CRM is a must.
  • Understanding of basic franchise concepts and terminology is a plus.
  • Neutral accent is a must as this is a client-facing role.
  • Strong telephone etiquette and excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable in using a dialer system for outbound calls.
  • Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed.
