We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to fill the role of Healthcare Scheduler. This key position plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless patient care delivery by coordinating daily schedules for healthcare staff, including nurses, caregivers, and therapists.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and staff to confirm appointments and resolve scheduling conflicts. Additionally, they will have strong analytical skills to maintain accurate records in scheduling software and update calendars in real time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily schedules for healthcare staff, including nurses, caregivers, and therapists.

Requirements:
