Homecare and Rental Staff Role

Objective: To provide respiratory services to patients requiring cardiopulmonary equipment in homecare and rental settings.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver rented cardiopulmonary equipment to affiliated hospitals and for home care, adhering to physician's orders.
2. Hook patients to rented cardiopulmonary equipment, ensuring proper setup and stability.
3. Explain the rental agreement to patient relatives or hospital staff.
4. Visit patients using rented MSA-PH equipment on a weekly basis and as needed.
5. Collect rental payments from patients or hospitals.
6. Remit collected funds to the Accounting Supervisor with corresponding receipts.
7. Prepare various reports and documents as requested by the Homecare and Rental Manager, including:

• Monthly rental income report
• Monthly requisition of supplies
• Monthly consumption report
• Weekly itinerary report
• Liquidation of transportation expenses
• Movement form
• Service report form

Evaluate and maintain the proper operating conditions of cardiopulmonary equipment to ensure safety standards are met.Prevent the spread of infection by strictly following infection control guidelines.Ensure the safety of equipment for rent stationed in affiliated hospitals.Clean and disinfect cardiopulmonary equipment after use.Participate in company training programs.When utilizing company vehicles:

1. Perform routine inspections, including tire pressure, gasoline, oil, and water levels.
2. Refuel company vehicles after each use.
3. Notify the Assistant Administrative Officer of any vehicle concerns promptly.
4. Complete accident reports and submit them to HR and Admin Officer.

Perform additional functions assigned by management as needed.
