We are seeking a seasoned Customer Success Leader to drive client retention and expansion for a scaling business.
The ideal candidate will own complete customer lifecycle management from onboarding through renewal and expansion, managing a portfolio of key accounts and ensuring clients achieve their desired outcomes while identifying growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the entire customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal and expansion
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities with key accounts
- Collaborate with client teams to ensure achievement of desired outcomes
- Leverage provided data and frameworks to drive results
- Partner with senior leadership and revenue teams to align on strategy and progression
- Excellent English communication skills
- At least 3 years of experience in customer success or account management roles
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving renewals
- Ability to present to business owners and senior stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and consultative communication skills
