Transportation Onboarding Coordinator

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in creating a seamless onboarding experience for new drivers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Contacting and following up with drivers to confirm their qualifications
- Reviewing and recording application documents
- Guiding drivers through the onboarding process
- Driving high conversion rates
- Addressing issues proactively and providing solutions
- Tracking and updating progress in day-to-day operations
We are looking for someone who enjoys finding solutions, implementing improvements, and spearheading new initiatives. Key qualifications include:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer support with conversation/retention goals
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Slack
- A positive and forward-thinking attitude, along with diligence and a results-oriented approach
