As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for onboarding new properties in the UK Market. This involves coordinating the entire process, from initial property preparation to ensuring each property meets our high standards.

About the Role

In this role, you will oversee property readiness and coordinate with landlords to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be crucial in managing scheduling and issue resolution during onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide landlords through the onboarding process, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate property preparation, including photography and setup tasks, to ensure all properties meet our quality standards.
  • Support landlords with administrative requirements, such as listing new properties across relevant platforms.
  • Work closely with Sales and Account Management teams to deliver exceptional results.
  • Manage scheduling and issue resolution during onboarding, ensuring that all properties are ready for occupancy.
Requirements
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
