We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dispatcher to join our team on a full-time basis. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of goods and services while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

">Job Responsibilities:
  • Ensure drivers maintain adherence to DOT regulations and support customer needs
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact to drivers and management
  • Monitor daily driving logs to ensure compliance with DOT
  • Assist in ensuring truck and driver readiness
  • Develop daily plans to balance drivers' health and safety with customer requirements
  • Coordinate and manage the most efficient loads
  • Implement programs to manage costs
  • Combine shipments based on routes and timeline to minimize truck/driver requirements
  • Negotiate rates directly with vendors and customers
  • Identify special needs of shipment and assist drivers in obtaining necessary documents
Additional Job Requirements:

High school degree or equivalent; Logistics or transportation degree preferred

Fluent in English and Spanish preferred
