Accounting Associate Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Associate to maintain accurate and timely financial records and reporting to support business operations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field, with 1-2 years of accounting experience. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills, are essential for this role.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate and timely financial records and reporting
  • Performing bookkeeping and accounting tasks, including journal entries, bank and credit card reconciliations, and monthly and quarterly reporting
  • Ensuring financial processes are accurate and organized

As an Accounting Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the Finance team in ensuring the accuracy and organization of financial processes. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about client satisfaction and has a strong eye for detail.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's / College Degree in Accounting or any related field
  • Preferably with 1 - 2 years of accounting experience
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills as well as the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic knowledge of accounting software (experience with Sage, Monday.com and Concur is a plus)
