As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in achieving this mission by ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting and taxation compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and submitting financial reports to the parent entity on time.
  • Assisting in the preparation of statutory financial statements and managing external audits.
  • Producing accurate financial ledgers while meeting strict deadlines.
  • Maintaining tight control over balance sheets and ensuring absolute accuracy and integrity.
  • Implementing strong internal controls across the team.
  • Providing technical accounting support, including reviews, position papers, and correct treatment of new revenue streams, property acquisitions, and non-routine transactions.
  • Meeting taxation requirements for Singapore and China, including corporate income tax, VAT, and WHT compliance, transfer pricing, taxation business support, and research.
  • Supporting US Corporate taxation deliverables.
  • Coordinating payroll details with the payroll consultant for payroll processing.
  • Liaising with IT teams to implement business system enhancements.
  • Reviewing and maintaining policies and procedures when new processes and systems are implemented.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and implementing process optimizations to remove waste, reduce costs, improve quality, and delight customers.
  • Sharing best practices within and across business segments.
  • Adhering to workplace health and safety policies to ensure the safety of yourself and others in the workplace.
  • Demonstrating CARE principles in all interactions with internal and external parties.
