Job Description:
The role of a Finance Specialist is pivotal in overseeing the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes at a high level. This position involves conducting in-depth financial analysis to support corporate strategic initiatives, ensuring strict compliance with international financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate policies.
Some key responsibilities include lead
1. Developing and refining financial models, reports, and KPIs for senior management.
2. Spearheading internal and external audits, ensuring seamless financial transparency.
3. Providing expert-level financial recommendations to drive business growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
This individual should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics. A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning, risk management, or investment analysis is also required.
Strong knowledge of financial principles, risk modeling, and global compliance regulations is essential. Additionally, advanced proficiency in financial software and data analytics tools (SAP, QuickBooks, Tableau, or similar) is necessary.
