Accounting Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Specialist to manage daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Perform daily bank reconciliations to guarantee timely and accurate financial records.
  • Review and process vendor invoices, verifying accuracy, proper coding, and adherence to company policies.
  • Manage payment runs for approved invoices and maintain organized documentation.
  • Oversee employee expense reports and corporate credit card transactions, verifying compliance with guidelines.
  • Audit all financial transactions in the accounting system with strong attention to detail.
  • Monitor and manage outstanding accounts receivable, proactively communicating with customers to ensure timely collections.
  • Conduct and review balance sheet reconciliations, including prepaids, accruals, and other key accounts.
  • Prepare monthly cash flow analysis and ad hoc financial reports to support management decision-making.
  • Support and oversee the month-end close process, ensuring deadlines are met and financial reporting is accurate.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, and at least 3 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance. They should be proficient in accounting software, have strong knowledge of GAAP and applicable regulatory requirements, and excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
