Loan Trade Support Analyst Role:

We're seeking a Loan Trade Support Analyst to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for you to develop your career and help others by providing technical trade and application support for portfolio management and loan management inquiries in our cloud-based proprietary software.


Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert support for clients and internal teams on trade entries, order management, research manager, private debt, accounting, financial reporting, portfolio performance, compliance, data feeds, and reconciliations.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to facilitate issue resolution and/or software delivery.
  • Prioritize multiple client inquiries with different service level agreements in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manage client production upgrades by interacting with quality assurance, development, and the client.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, analytics, technology, or related fields.
  • Proven experience working in the loan space.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional client service and staying up-to-date with technology advancements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with SaaS portfolio management products and internal operations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate various levels in conversation with client analysts to senior management on both business and technical sides.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Nice to Have:
  • Knowledge of SQL and level 3 dev support.
  • Experience with Fintech support, Business Process Outsourcing, or similar roles within Private debt.
  • Experience with Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies.
