Portfolio and Analytics Management Specialist

The Portfolio and Analytics Management Specialist is responsible for generating reports and conducting analysis to inform strategic business decisions. This role involves consolidating performance data from across the organization, communicating with stakeholders regarding key collection-related matters, and monitoring loan performance.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and submit comprehensive performance summary reports to support business decision-making and strategy development.
  2. Verify and collect payments on MC loans and HO institutional loans.
  3. Create interactive data visualizations using Tableau to facilitate insights and analysis.
  4. Collaborate with various data sources to provide requested data and reports to Business Unit Managers and National Operations Manager.
  5. Validate branch performance rankings and submit reports for upload on Qlikview.
  6. Evaluate Collection Associates' account verification skills.
  7. Ensure accurate tagging of branches, employees, and positions for collection incentives computations.
  8. Communicate with the Accounting Department regarding accounts requiring adjustments.
  9. Guide branches on collection-related concerns and coordinate with them as needed.
  10. Lead and guide Collection Associates, review their performance, and provide feedback.
  11. Plan and discuss new systems for improvement and organize workflow to ensure teams understand their duties.
  12. Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive coaching.
Requirements
  1. College graduate in Business or related field.
  2. Over 7 years of experience in data analytics and performance management.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Excellent communication skills.
