Customer Service Advocate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to assume the role of Customer Service Advocate. In this position, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability, demonstrating a strong understanding of our services and solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving, meeting customer expectations and exceeding their satisfaction levels.
  • Perform data entry tasks efficiently and accurately in various platforms, maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.
  • Work within US business hours, being flexible and adaptable to meet the demands of our global clientele.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior sales experience and a comfort level with handling customer interactions.
  • Able to type at least 50 words per minute, with strong typing skills and accuracy.
  • Minimum 1-5 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and various customer relationship management software.
  • Excellent phone etiquette, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively.
  • Able to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work efficiently, managing competing demands and deadlines.
