Support Specialist Role

Our team is seeking a highly skilled customer support specialist to work with customers through chat, email, or phone. As a remote support representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for providing fast, accurate, and personalized support.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide exceptional support experiences.
- Stay up-to-date on product updates and best practices to ensure consistency in customer interactions.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills with a strong focus on empathy and patience when addressing customer concerns.
- A minimum of one year of hands-on experience working with both Shopify and Gorgias platforms.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving customer issues efficiently.
- A team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
