Job Description

The Regional Sales Operations Manager directly reports to the National Business Operations Manager and is responsible for maintaining subdistributor and customer relationships, meeting sales targets, monitoring of inventory, assisting in the implementation of marketing programs, and ensuring efficient sales operations within a specific geographic area. This requires the ability to establish harmonious relationships, rapport, and trust with all concerned internal and external parties.

The Regional Sales Operations Manager will provide administrative support to team members and assist in different requirements of the team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling regular store visits and conducting audits that include sales and inventory monitoring, VM checks, and in-store training for store staff.
  • Providing operational support to subdistributors as needed, which may involve stationing at their territory for a specific period.
  • Communicating and monitoring targets across stores to ensure they are met.
  • Setting and implementing performance standards across all stores based on TSA standards.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Implementing effective territorial marketing strategies.
  • Meeting customers to settle concerns and disputes.
  • Assessing sales performance of subdistributors and per store.
  • Coming up with effective sales methods.
  • Submitting reports to the National Business Operations Manager in a timely manner.
  • Discovering new sales opportunities.
  • Briefing prospective customers about services/products.
  • Reviewing, processing, and uploading SOs from subdistributors in their assigned territory, based on system configuration.
