
Senior Administrative Assistant

This position involves providing comprehensive support to a team of executives.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing tasks related to property spreadsheets, calendars, client lists, lead generation, and research. They should have excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:- Edit bi-weekly property spreadsheets for upload to the website and CRM software
- Update weekly online calendar via Google
- Check monthly client lists to ensure new additions are marked as Marketing
- Support lead generation by searching for new clients using online tools with guidance from the supervisor
- Input data including creating Companies and their related Contacts
- Connect with clients on social media platforms: Follow on Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and connect with current contacts on LinkedIn
- Conduct research on events, religious affairs, newsletters, journals, and magazines
- Provide administrative support to the executive team as needed
- Proven experience in administrative roles
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Experience with CRM software, preferably HubSpot
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online research tools
- Experience in lead generation and client relationship management
- Knowledge of the real estate industry and property management
