Business Leader Position

The ideal candidate will spearhead our business unit, overseeing key financials and ensuring effective resource utilization.

  • Product Innovation: Identify opportunities in the crypto & investments space, focusing on blockchain-based innovations. Develop and launch new products to drive product excellence.
  • Revenue Growth: Strategize to meet revenue targets and drive growth, including exploring new business models and revenue streams.
  • Financial Management: Oversee business financials, ensuring profitability and effective resource allocation.
  • Product Roadmap Leadership: Define the strategic product roadmap in alignment with business objectives and market needs.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is beneficial.
  • Extensive experience in business development, product management, and financial management, preferably in the cryptocurrency, investments or fin-tech industry.
  • Proven track record of incubating and launching successful products.
  • Deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, and industry trends.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
