Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Virtual BIM/Revit Engineer to drive the development and maintenance of Electrical BIM Models, create shop drawings, coordinated layouts, and prefabrication models.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Construction Operations Team to build Electrical BIM Models for construction projects.
  • Provide VDC modeling of electrical systems.
  • Create detailed shop drawings and coordinated layouts for total stations.
  • Develop accurate prefabrication models for the prefab department.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of modeling deliverables to support project requirements.
  • Communicate project updates clearly to the operations team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in developing and maintaining BIM Models.
  • Proficiency in Revit and other related software.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
