Production Artist Virtual Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Production Artist Virtual Assistant to join our team.

Job Description:

As a Production Artist Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for creating custom designs for various products. Your expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator, will be essential for customizing these products based on customer specifications. You will collaborate with designers and project managers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work while maintaining color accuracy and consistency across different materials and printing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and optimize digital files for various output methods, ensuring they meet specific production standards for print, web, or other digital platforms.
  • Organize, manage, and maintain a library of design assets, ensuring they are correctly formatted, versioned, and easily accessible for projects.
  • Implement precise color management techniques to ensure consistency across different materials and output processes, and perform pre-press checks for flawless reproduction.
  • Execute precise layout adjustments and typesetting for various collateral, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and optimal readability.
  • Conduct thorough proofreading and quality assurance checks on all designs to identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, or deviations from project specifications.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with designers, project managers, and other team members to ensure a smooth workflow and timely delivery of high-quality, production-ready assets.
Requirements:
  • High school graduate, college undergraduate, or college graduate.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with strong knowledge of file preparation, color management, and layout principles.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing experience in preparing digital assets for print and digital output.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a keen eye for consistency and error detection.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical design and file preparation issues.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with excellent communication skills for effective team interaction.
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

  • RAM: 8 GB (16 GB is preferred).
  • Storage: 256 GB (500 GB to 1 TB extra storage is preferred).
