Customer Support Representative Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled and bilingual customer support representative to provide exceptional service in both English and Spanish.

About the Role:
  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences through clear and accurate communication across both languages.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and escalate complex issues as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless support delivery.

The ideal candidate is highly motivated, dedicated, and possesses excellent listening and interpersonal skills. Prior experience in a bilingual customer service role is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
