Bid Development Expert

We seek an experienced Bid Development Expert to spearhead our proposal efforts. This role requires a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, excellent writing and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

  • This position involves identifying and analyzing Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Invitations for Bids (IFBs), and other procurement opportunities to craft compelling and compliant proposals that showcase our software solutions and secure new business.
  • Key responsibilities include proactively tracking relevant bidding opportunities, conducting thorough analysis of RFP documents, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and developing comprehensive bid strategies.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing and be adept at articulating the value proposition of our software products and services in bid responses.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in any field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a related role, preferably within a software or technology company.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, concise language.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
