As a Workday Certified Benefits Consultant, you will play a key role in fostering the development of other consultants while providing expertise in the Workday HCM product suite.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver innovative ideas and effective solutions for clients' Workday technology to meet their business needs.
  • Lead deployment teams or coach others to gather and document client business requirements, design and configure the Workday solution, demonstrate configurations through prototype systems, assist in testing the Workday solution, and complete knowledge transfer to clients.
  • Collaborate with data conversion teams to help convert legacy data into Workday.
  • Work with integration consulting teams to configure and test integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutions.
  • Mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model, coaching others on product knowledge.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively collaborate with team members to address complex tasks/requirements.
  • Facilitate clients' intellectual and practical adoption of Workday best practices.
  • Maintain ongoing satisfaction with clients, ensuring Intecrowd is referenceable and referable once in production.
  • Provide regular status reports to project managers, keeping them informed of overall project status.
  • Innovate and suggest new approaches and tools to deploy Workday efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain Workday certifications and qualifications.
  • Ensure functional solutions are compatible with downstream data translation, assisting integrators in configuring/testing integrations between Workday and external systems.
  • Demonstrate computational thinking, identifying problem components, analyzing patterns, removing inefficient configurations or processes, and constructing algorithmic solutions scalable to ongoing client needs.
  • Contribute to and mold a culture of continuous education amongst colleagues, mentees, and managers - serve as a professional role model.
  • Provide insightful status reports to project managers that highlight risks to project health and improvements in client adoption.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Current Workday Benefits Certification.
  • 4+ years configuring and implementing a combination of HCM/Benefits Solutions.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company.
  • Previous experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate, or similar applications.
  • Demonstrated project management experience.
  • Functional experience in one or more of the following areas: HCM/Benefits.
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to manage against timelines and goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities.
  • Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training.
  • Experience deploying multiple HCM/Benefits projects simultaneously.
