We are seeking a highly skilled Remote Triage Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare division, you will provide exceptional patient care from the comfort of your own home.
This is a unique opportunity for a licensed nurse to utilize their clinical expertise and communication skills in a fully remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to incoming triage calls and assess patient needs in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding prescriptions and care instructions.
- Route messages and clinical information to the appropriate providers ensuring seamless patient care.
- Document all patient interactions accurately in the electronic medical record system.
- Comply with all clinical protocols, HIPAA regulations, and organizational policies.
- Active California USRN or LVN license required.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience preferably in a triage or patient-facing role.
- EPIC EMR experience highly valued.
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills essential.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Amenable to work during standard U.S. business hours.
