Global Immigration Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Mobility Specialist to join our global team. As a key member of our Onboarding and Mobility team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth transition of employees across borders, adhering to local laws, and providing immigration and relocation assistance.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or similar roles with a focus on immigration. You should have a comprehensive understanding of immigration procedures and compliance processes, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic guidance on immigration compliance service delivery.
- Monitor and control Remote products and services for immigration compliance.
- Establish relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Develop in-house immigration services to improve revenue, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze and prepare visa/work permit applications.
- Proven experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or similar roles.
- Comprehensive understanding of immigration procedures and compliance processes.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience working remotely and/or asynchronously with minimal supervision is an advantage.
