Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Risk Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our payroll operations, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations in the APAC region.

Your primary focus will be on managing payroll risks, conducting audits, and implementing process improvements to drive efficiency and accuracy. You will also provide expert guidance on compliance matters to internal teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage payroll risks and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with APAC region laws and regulations.
  • Implement process improvements to drive efficiency and accuracy in payroll operations.
  • Provide expert guidance on compliance matters to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Lead high-impact projects to enhance payroll capabilities and drive strategic improvements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Deep expertise in payroll legislation, employment tax, and social security regulations in the APAC region.
  • Experience in payroll compliance, payroll operations, or payroll audit within a multinational environment.
  • Proven track record in managing regulatory compliance, handling authority audits, and resolving payroll-related compliance issues.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis, reconciliations, and risk identification.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex regulatory topics clearly and effectively.
  • Proactive and strategic mindset, capable of identifying opportunities for improvement and driving meaningful change.
