Job Description

As a key team member, you will oversee the firm's online presence through engaging content creation, vendor coordination, and marketing strategy execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Creation & Posting:

    • Create high-quality content for social media channels, website blogs, newsletters, and client updates.
    • Design graphics, write captions, and schedule posts according to the marketing calendar.

  2. Vendor Coordination:

    • Work with vendors handling paid ads, website updates, and reel editing.
    • Review, approve, and provide feedback on vendor deliverables.

  3. Marketing Strategy & Execution:

    • Implement marketing strategies and campaigns in collaboration with our CEO/Owner.
    • Stay up-to-date with U.S. immigration climate to produce timely, relevant content.
    • Adjust strategies based on analytics and engagement metrics.

  4. Websites & SEO Management:

    • Coordinate with our website vendor to ensure accuracy, functionality, and SEO optimization.
    • Monitor analytics and recommend updates to improve lead conversion.

  5. Social Media Management:

    • Plan and execute the content calendar.
    • Post both in-house and vendor-produced content across multiple platforms.
    • Respond to comments/messages and track engagement.

  6. Blogs & Written Content:

    • Write and publish blogs addressing current U.S. immigration topics, deadlines, and FAQs.
    • Ensure blog content is optimized for SEO.

  7. Cross-Team Collaboration:

    • Work with the PNC Team Lead to align campaigns with lead generation efforts.
    • Share marketing performance data to help improve conversion rates.

  8. Compliance & Brand Consistency:

    • Ensure all content complies with U.S. immigration advertising guidelines.
    • Review every post for accuracy and legal appropriateness.

  9. Reporting & Analytics:

    • Provide monthly performance reports to our CEO/Owner with insights and recommendations.

This role is critical as you will directly shape how the firm presents itself online, keeping our brand active, relevant, and trusted in the fast-changing immigration space.
