About the Role:

This position involves delivering day-to-day support for employee data transactions from pre-employment through offboarding, ensuring accuracy and compliance in HR systems.

Key responsibilities include maintaining and protecting confidential employee data with a high degree of discretion and responsibility, providing global production support by researching and resolving HCM process and data issues, collaborating closely with the HR Operations team and other key stakeholders.

Responsibilities also include responding to tickets, emails, and chats from internal users as needed, escalating to the HRIS Supervisor for complex or sensitive cases. Additionally, monitoring Workday inbox and ensuring timely execution of assigned tasks, keeping data clean and audit-ready are key requirements.

Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of experience in HRIS support, employee data management, or HR operations is preferred.
  • A working knowledge of Workday or similar HRIS platforms is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to data accuracy and compliance, is required.
