Senior Mental Health Network Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in San Juan, PH.
In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our mental health service provider network in Asia. You will drive expansion efforts, recruit and onboard mental health professionals, assess clients' needs, maintain accurate applicant information, respond promptly to inquiries, distribute provider guidelines, review applications, uphold confidentiality, and communicate effectively with hiring managers.

About the Role- Drive expansion of mental health service provider network in Asia.
- Recruit and onboard mental health professionals.
- Audit client needs and match them with appropriate providers using our proprietary database.
- Maintain accurate applicant information in ATS and Provider database.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from providers.
- Distribute provider guidelines and application materials to affiliates/providers during recruitment.
- Review applications and supporting documentation for thoroughness.
- Uphold strict confidentiality of client information.
- Effectively communicate provider information to hiring managers.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Good English communication skills.
- Experience recruiting non-local candidates.
- Database management skills.
- Ability to start immediately.
