This is a proactive and structured role for a team member to join as a Product Engagement Lead.
The position involves developing digital mental health content, supporting product development, and working with businesses to ensure successful onboarding and engagement.
Main Responsibilities- Create digital courses, exercises, and assessments on mental well-being, resilience, and personal development.
- Develop engaging written content, including digital diary prompts and interactive learning materials.
- Help refine psychological tests and assessments, including test structure, scoring models, and user interpretation.
- Contribute to product development, working with AI and digital mental health tools.
- Stay updated on mental well-being trends and research to improve our products.
- Support new clients during onboarding, helping them integrate solutions.
- Communicate with business clients to ensure smooth adoption and engagement.
- Collaborate with the business team to create materials that help companies promote mental well-being initiatives.
- Work with marketing and sales teams to make psychological concepts accessible to businesses.
- Identify ways to improve client engagement and long-term platform usage.
