Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking a qualified Mental Health Professional to support psychological safety, emotional resilience, and overall mental health within the workplace.
This role involves delivering one-on-one sessions, facilitating small-group sessions, providing timely support for urgent wellbeing needs, and leading training focused on resilience, healthy coping, and distress management.
The ideal candidate will be a fully licensed professional with experience in trauma-informed care and resilience-building, and someone who can build trust, engage diverse teams, and respond effectively in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities:- Individual Well-Being Sessions
- Conduct monthly or on-demand 1:1 well-being sessions to incorporate stress-reduction techniques, coping strategies, and decision-making skills.
- Provide same-day crisis intervention support in response to urgent wellbeing needs.
- Group Sessions
- Facilitate monthly small-group sessions focusing on peer support in a psychologically safe space to foster healthy working relationships and social connection.
- Tailor sessions based on team dynamics, feedback from Team Leads, or insights gained by the wellbeing team.
- Training & Development
- Deliver group training sessions including onboarding, well-being and resiliency training, and annual refresher training.
- Ensure all training is delivered within prescribed timeframes and formats provided by the organization.
- Observation & Support
- Conduct daily floor walks and provide ongoing support to employees to promote a healthy work environment.
