Business Analytics Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled Business Analytics Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing data analytics solutions to drive business growth and inform strategic decision-making.

  • Develop and maintain complex data models and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that meet business needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions to business challenges.
About the Role
  • 4-6 years of experience in data analytics, systems integration, or operations/reporting engineering.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel (including advanced formulas, automation, and cross-sheet integrations).
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and APIs, with the ability to write and maintain scripts. Experience with Python and Java is highly preferred.
  • Experience with BI tools (Domo, Tableau, or equivalent) and data pipeline automation.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, ClickUp, and workflow automation tools (Zapier or similar).
