Human Resources Professional

We are seeking an HR professional to provide human resources services and support the growth of our organization.

Key responsibilities will include implementing human resources programs, providing talent acquisition and staffing services, and maintaining accurate records management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US Human Resources management and excellent communication skills. Additionally, they will possess proficiency in HRIS systems and ATS Systems, as well as analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.

  • Implement human resources programs and provide human resources services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health, and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, compliance, and labor relations.
  • Prepare paperwork, schedule, and facilitate a smooth new hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience.
  • Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees in relation to absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters.
