This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Human Resources Generalist. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the overall business strategy and objectives.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR function, including maintaining accurate employee records, coordinating recruitment efforts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
As a Human Resources Generalist, you will have the opportunity to work closely with various stakeholders across the organization, including management, employees, and external partners.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, benefits enrollment, and performance evaluations;
- Coordinating recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews;
- Providing training and development opportunities for employees, including workshops, webinars, and on-the-job coaching;
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, including employment laws and regulations;
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- College degree in Human Resources or related field;
- Minimum 6 months-1 year of experience in HR generalist role or similar position;
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices, including recruitment, selection, training, and employee relations;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion;
- Proficiency in MS Office and other HR software applications;
